SMARX contacts are surface-mount spring contacts that electrically connect between PC boards, PC boards to metal covers, and other components. They offer both excellent high-frequency characteristics and high reliability, expanding design flexibility and enhancing the appeal of applicable products.
Thanks to the S-P-S patented technology, they achieve significant impedance reduction, enabling induced noise reduction, and, are applicable to high-frequency signal transmission up to 10GHz class.

Design with the mounting area minimized to the limit. (1.2 mm x 1.2 mm; world’s smallest size)
Having achieved a wide range of motion, the ultrasmall SMARX contact has a structure that is also highly resistant to external forces due to its shape. With our own patented internal contact employed, the contact reduces the transmission loss of high-frequency signals and improves the shielding characteristics in a grounding connection as well.

Product size ranging from H 0.8 mm × W 1.0 mm to H 3.8 mm × W 1.4 mm. Eighteen types of products with various shapes and wide movable ranges offer compatibility with existing products and allow smooth replacement.
This series also employs our own patented short pass structure and reduces the transmission loss of high-frequency signals. Also in the grounding connection, induction noise can be reduced, which contributes to high quality and stable operation.
